Groupon Voucher Policy
All expired vouchers won't be honored. Must use all treatments on same area. Appointments are required. Consultations are required. Non-candidates and other refund requests will be honored before service provided. Limit 1 voucher redemption per person; attempts to redeem additional vouchers will not be honored. All treatments must be redeemed at New York locations. Not valid until 24 hours after purchase. Must be activated within 120 days of purchase. All treatments must be used one year from activation date. Valid only for selected treatment areas; treatment areas cannot be altered or substituted under any circumstances. Must be 14 or older. Younger than 18 must have guardian-signed waiver. One voucher redemption per person, across all deal options and business locations. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift(s) for other individuals. Gifted vouchers cannot be used by guests who have already redeemed a voucher in the past. Cannot purchase more than one option for one person. Multi area treatments must be treated together during the same visit. If one of the areas is not treated that day, you will lose that session for that specific area. All goods or services must be used by the same person.
Special service non-refundable fees will be charged for all HydraFacial@ MD, Hydradermabrasion, Trusculpt@ID, EMSculpt,EM Contouring, Laser Hair Removal, Skin Tightening, Cellulite Reduction and IPL procedures. All Groupon vouchers are considered a deposit toward your specific treatment.
ALL SALE ARE FINAL. If for some reason you are not able to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, you may do a one-time exchange of the unused portion toward other services. Unopened products may be exchanged for alternative products within 7 days of purchase.

Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. 247 Natural Wellness Center will try to communicate policy changes with you in advance wherever possible. However, we do reserve the right to change our policies without notice.
Late Arrivals, NO-SHOW, Rescheduling, or Late Cancellation Policies
At 247 Natural Wellness Center, we pride ourselves by offering you personalized service and reserved appointment times to accommodate your busy schedule.
Late Arrivals, Missed Appointments ("NO-SHOW"), Rescheduling or Cancelled Appointments without 24 hour prior notice disrupts our specialists’ time sensitive schedule.
We send out multiple emails and text messages reminding our clients of their scheduled appointment times so clients can plan ahead accordingly. Therefore, please note all late arrivals/rescheduling/cancellations/NO-SHOWS fees are non-refundable.
If you cancel or reschedule after the required notice time set forth above, we may be unable to fill that appointment in a short period of time. A fee of $25 will be collected for late cancellation or rescheduling.
Late Arrival Policy:
Clients are asked to arrive for their respective appointments at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Late Arrivals will not be TAKEN. Late Arrival and Cancellation without 24-hour prior notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.
A N0-SHOW is a client who fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without providing a 24-hour prior cancellation notice. Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment must do so 24 hours in advance. A rescheduled appointment without a 24 hour prior cancellation notice is still considered a cancellation and is treated as such. There is a $25.00 penalty fee for all NO-SHOW Appointments. Clients who schedule an appointment and show up, but decide not to keep their scheduled appointment due to change of plans or for any other reasons will be assessed a cancellation fee of $25.00.
SAME DAY APPOINTMENT POLICY:
Same Day Appointments are Clients who have appointments that are scheduled more than 4 hours in advance but less than 24 hours in advance on the same day. Clients are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and will be subject to a $25.00 Cancellation Fee. CLIENTS MUST ARRIVE ON TIME FOR THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. Clients who wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment must notify us 2 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time (the “2-Hour Cancellation Notice”). A cancellation or rescheduled appointment without a 2-Hour Cancellation Notice is subject to a cancellation fee of $25.00 (the “Cancellation Fee”). NO-SHOWS will also be subject to the Cancellation Fee.
LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENT POLICY:
Last Minute Appointments are Clients who have appointments that are scheduled less than 4 hours in advance on the same day (the “Last Minute Appointment”). Clients who have scheduled a Last Minute Appointment must show up on time and we suggest Clients arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. We do not honor cancellations or rescheduled appointments for Last Minute Appointments. Clients who do not adhere to our Last Minute Appointment Policy will be subject to the Cancellation Fee. NO-SHOWS will also be subject to the Cancellation Fee. Note: You may change or cancel your scheduled appointment up to three times before 24-hour prior notice. The last changed appointment will apply to "LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENT POLICY." In order to service our client(s) equally, we ask that clients adhere to our policies above. No exceptions will be made.
PLEASE BE ON TIME! No charge will be apply to client's credit/debit card unless client(s) violate our cancellation policy or fail to comply with our service agreement terms. Our client's credit/debit card is protected by Square, Inc.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00.
